Salary: $22,000 annually
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Deer Creek Shores Presbyterian Church Preschool is seeking a Part-Time Preschool Director to lead our church-affiliated preschool. This role combines administrative leadership, early childhood education, and Christian values to provide a safe, nurturing, and faith-based learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, enrollment, and curriculum
- Hire, train, and support preschool staff
- Oversee the budget and use QuickBooks for financial tracking
- Communicate regularly with parents and families
- Work with the Preschool Board and church ministries
- Integrate Christian values into teaching and activities
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
Qualifications:
- Experience in early childhood education and administration
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to Christian faith and values
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
