Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Feeding cattle with tractor and feed wagon daily.
• Moving, stockpiling and storage of corn on the ranch with tractor and baler.
• Assist with harvesting of corn during fall months.
• Workers will assist with cattle vaccination and feeding during fall months.
• Workers will use feedlot equipment such as tractor and loader to haul manure and clean pens.
• Assist to stockpile feed and silage.
• Assist with other daily feedlot maintenance as needed.
• Assist with hauling of corn to the ethanol production facility and hauling of wet distillers from
• the ethanol production facility to the feedlot (using farm trucks and feed trailers).
• Haul cattle to and from the sale barns with pickup and trailer and/or with farm truck and cattle
• pot.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of three months verifiable experience is required.
• Workers must be able to obtain their driver’s license within 30-90 days of hire.
• Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
• Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 50lbs.
• Most work is performed outdoors, and workers will be exposed to severe weather conditions, extreme hot temperatures and humid conditions.
• No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
• Being under the influence or in possession of drugs or alcohol while on duty, at the worksite, or the employer provided housing, or employer equipment and/or vehicles will lead to immediate termination. Smoking is prohibited in all farm buildings, vehicles, housing, and near equipment. These measures are essential to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment
• Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
• All tools are provided by the employer.

Wage: $19.26 per hour

3/4th guarantee apply – for detailed description, please require from employer

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract

Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
