Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
Our client, an established hospital in Beckley, West Virginia is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join their team. This is an opportunity for a respiratory therapist looking to provide hands-on patient care in a collaborative hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform respiratory therapy evaluations, diagnostic tests, and treatment interventions as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor, record, and report patient clinical status and response to therapy.
- Operate and maintain specialized mechanical ventilation and respiratory equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
- Degree: Minimum of an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Respiratory Care.
- Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered license issued by the State of West Virginia.
Compensation: $59,904 - $80,891
