Full-Time Experienced Automotive Technician

Cincinnati Transmission Specialists is a family-owned and operated shop in Sharonville, OH, dedicated to providing top-quality automotive repair and maintenance. We are currently looking for a skilled and dependable Experienced Automotive Technician to join our team!

About the Position:

As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to:
Brake service
Tune-ups
Suspension work
Water pump replacements
Belt and hose replacements
Other general repairs and maintenance tasks

What We’re Looking For:

Own a personal set of tools – this is required
Solid understanding of automotive repair, including tools, terminology, and procedures Strong organizational skills – keep your work area clean and efficient
A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
Responsible and accountable work ethic
Punctual and professional demeanor, including proper hygiene and work attire
Team-oriented mindset – work collaboratively to get the job done right
Effective and respectful communication in the workplace
A willingness to listen, learn, and show respect to both coworkers and management

Experience & Training:

Experience in automotive maintenance and repair preferred
Training available for the right candidate with strong foundational skills

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
