Are you a closer? Do you have the drive to build something big? We're looking for a hungry, self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team at Gruzmarg Interiors — one of Northeast Ohio's most trusted licensed renovation contractors.
This is commission-only — meaning YOUR effort = YOUR income. No ceiling. No limits.
💰 COMMISSION STRUCTURE:
✅ 8% on monthly closed sales under $15,000
✅ 10% on monthly closed sales $15,000 — $40,000
✅ 12% on monthly closed sales over $40,000
The more you close — the more you make. Simple.
WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING:
🏠 Full property renovations
🔨 Rent-ready and Section 8 / CMHA compliance work
🏛️ City violation repairs
🚿 Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, drywall, paint, flooring
🔌 Full plumbing and electrical
🧹 Property maintenance and service calls for landlords and property managers
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
✅ Generate leads and follow up with investors, landlords, and property managers
✅ Build relationships with real estate agents who work with investors
✅ Walk properties and present estimates alongside our project team
✅ Close deals and maintain client relationships
✅ Represent Gruzmarg Interiors professionally in the Cleveland market
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
✅ Strong communicator — you know how to close
✅ Self-motivated and driven — this is commission-only, you control your income
✅ Sales experience preferred — construction or home improvement is a big plus
✅ Reliable transportation — you'll be visiting properties in the Cleveland metro area
✅ Hustle mentality — this is not a 9 to 5, this is an opportunity
