Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store crops.
• Operate agricultural equipment including tractors, planters, drills, cultivators, sprayers, combines, grain carts, and trucks.
• Plant, cultivate, irrigate, spray, and harvest crops.
• Load, unload, haul, and store harvested crops and agricultural supplies.
• Monitor, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, including center pivots, wheel lines, and sprinklers.
• Perform manual field work including hoeing, weeding, and general crop maintenance.
• Assist with grain handling, storage, and transportation operations.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair equipment, machinery, buildings, pens, yards, and fences.
• Ongoing maintenance includes cleaning and maintaining agricultural buildings, structures, tools and yards.
• Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and minor repairs on farm machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
• Assist with caretaking of animals.
• Load and unload livestock, feed, seed, fertilizer, and other farm materials.
• Assist with general farm duties as needed.
• Crops: wheat, corn, sugar beets and pinto beans

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of three months verifiable experience is required.
• Workers must be able to obtain their driver’s license within 30-90 days of hire.
• Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
• Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 60lbs.
• Work is performed mostly outdoors, and workers will be exposed to hot and humid conditions.
• No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
• Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
• We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. Being under the influence or in possession of drugs or alcohol while on duty, at the worksite, or the employer provided housing, or employer equipment and/or vehicles will lead to immediate termination.
• Smoking is prohibited in all farm buildings, vehicles, housing, and near equipment. These measures are essential to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.
• All tools are provided by the employer

Wage:  $20.02 per hour

3/4th guarantee apply – for detailed description, please require from employer

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract

Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
