Burkle Notary Service is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level I-9 Verifiers in Iowa!

✨ About the Role: As an I-9 Verifier, you’ll help employers across the region stay compliant with federal employment verification requirements by meeting with new hires to verify their identity and work authorization. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to start a flexible and rewarding role in a fast-growing field.

✅ What You’ll Do:

Meet new hires in person at assigned locations

Review and verify required I-9 documents

Accurately complete and sign Section 2 of Form I-9

Communicate professionally with clients and their employees

Follow Burkle Notary Service’s verification process and confidentiality standards

📍 Location: Flexible, with assignments throughout Iowa (including Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, Davenport, and surrounding areas)

🕒 Schedule: Part-time & flexible — great for stay-at-home parents, retirees, or anyone seeking supplemental income!

💼 Qualifications:

No prior notary experience needed – we provide training!

Must be dependable, organized, and professional

Access to reliable transportation and a smartphone

Comfortable working independently

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a background check

💲 Compensation: Per-assignment pay. Mileage reimbursement available for longer distances.
