We are hiring for landscape maintenance workers.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Landscaping Maintenance Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have love for the outdoors, and a commitment to excellence in landscape maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding to ensure the health and beauty of outdoor spaces.

Plant and cultivate flowers, shrubs, and trees according to design plans, considering factors such as color schemes, growth patterns, and environmental requirements.

Install and maintain irrigation systems to support healthy plant growth and efficient water usage.

Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn care products in a safe and responsible manner.

Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring proper functioning and safety standards are met.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including storage sheds, equipment, and vehicles.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping or related fields is preferred.

Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design plans accurately.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
Compensation: $18-$25, depending on experience.
