What’s the job?
We help eligible customers arrange no-cost windshield replacements through qualifying insurance coverage. Your job is to talk with potential customers, explain the service, answer questions, and help interested customers get started.

This is a customer-facing position, not a windshield installation or construction job. No previous experience is required. We provide training so you can learn the service and become comfortable speaking with customers.

- Show up on time and be dependable.
- Put in an honest effort and be willing to talk with people.
- Take coaching, keep learning, and work toward your goals.

You don’t need to be a natural on day one. You do need a good attitude, a willingness to try, and the determination to keep improving.
Starting compensation: $600/week + bonuses. Training is provided, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you develop.
