Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic General Warehouse Help & Screen Printing Assistant to join our Kansas City team. No experience is necessary—training will be provided. If you’re a self-starter with a positive attitude and eager to learn the craft of screen printing, this is a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse operations including receiving, organizing, and inventory management of apparel and printing materials.

• Support the screen-printing team with setup, preparation, and breakdown of printing equipment.

• Prepare garments and materials for printing, including loading/unloading screens and operating basic equipment.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure high standards.

• Help with packaging and order fulfillment.

• Any additional tasks assigned by the leadership team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• No prior experience required—we provide full training.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Team-oriented with good communication skills.

• Dependable and punctual.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
