Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Feeding, watering, herding, castrating, branding, weighing, catching, and loading cattle.
• Examining animals to detect diseases, injuries and ensure optimum health of the herd.
• Assisting in birthing, administering medications, vaccinations, or insecticides.
• Drive farm trucks, tractor, and feed wagon to distribute food to the cattle.
• Moving and storing hay on the ranch with tractor and baler.
• Will harvest corn and bean crops throughout the fall months.
• Assist with other daily feedlot maintenance as needed.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of three months verifiable experience.
• Workers must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30-90 days of hire.
• Job duties require physical and manual labor that might require workers to push or pull, sit or walk extensively, frequent stooping or bending over and some movements might be repetitive.
• Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Most work is performed outdoors, and workers will be exposed to extreme temperatures and winter conditions like snow, blizzards and rain.
• No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
• All tools will be provided by the employer

Wage:  $19.21 per hour

3/4th guarantee apply – for detailed description, please require from employer

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract

Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
