Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Till soil, plant and cultivate grain.
- Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor.
- Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops.
- Attach farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, or harvesters to tractors, using bolts and hand tools.
- Operate towed machines such as seed drills or manure spreaders to plant, fertilize, dust and spray crops.
- Assist with irrigation – irrigate soil, using portable pipes or ditch systems, and maintain ditches or pipes and pumps.
- Assist with maintenance and service of irrigation equipment.
- Load and unload crops or containers of materials, manually or using conveyors, hand trucks, forklifts, or transfer augers.
- Observe and listen to machinery operations to detect equipment malfunctions.
- Operate or tend equipment used in agricultural productions, such as tractors, combines, and irrigation equipment.
- Adjust, repair, and service farm machinery and notify supervisors when machinery malfunctions.
- Load hoppers, containers, or conveyors to feed machines with products, using forklifts, transfer augers, suction gates, shovels, or pitchforks.
- Weigh crop-filled containers, and record weights and other identifying information.
- Drive farm truck to haul crops, tools, and supplies.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of three months verifiable experience is required.
- Workers must be able to obtain their driver’s license within 30-90 days of hire.
- Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
- Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 60lbs.
- Work is performed mostly outdoors, and workers will be exposed to hot and humid conditions.
- No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
- Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience.
- Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
- All tools are provided by the employer.
Wage: $19.21 per hour
3/4th guarantee apply – for detailed description, please require from employer
Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract
Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
