Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Worker will be required to operate agricultural equipment to haul livestock manure from storage sites and apply it to crop fields as an organic fertilizer.
• Operate trucks and spreaders to transport manure from feedlots to fields.
• Use manure spreaders to apply manure.
• Assist with general maintenance and servicing of equipment like lubrication, cleaning of equipment and minor repairs.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of three months verifiable experience is required.
• Workers must be able to obtain their driver’s license within 30-90 days of hire.
• Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
• Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 60lbs.
• Most work is performed mostly outdoors, and workers will be exposed to extreme cold temperatures.
  No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
• Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
• All tools are provided by the employer.

Wage:  $19.21 per hour

3/4th guarantee apply – for detailed description, please require from employer

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract

Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
