Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Operate a grain and cattle operation - Raising corn, soybeans and alfalfa.
• Cow/calving operation - Employee will assist with cattle by helping run through alleyway, giving vaccinations to new born calves, checking/fixing fence, and working/sorting cattle, assist with birthing of calves.
• Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned.
• Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.
• Employee will operate a tractor and semi truck.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of three months verifiable experience is required.
• Workers must be able to obtain their driver’s license within 30-90 days of hire.
• Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
• Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 60lbs.
• No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
• Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience.
• Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
• All tools are provided by the employer.

Wage:  $18.02 per hour

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract

Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
