Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops.
- Attach farm implements, such as planter, disc, and drill to tractor.
- Till soil, plant and cultivate grain.
- Tow harvesting equipment.
- Drive and operate self-propelled combine, swather, baler, and rake.
- Assist with irrigation of crops.
- Maintenance of pivots for irrigation purposes.
- Operate scale to weigh commodities that are harvested.
- Record and organize commodity tickets.
- Crops: corn, hay, rye and soybeans
Job qualifications and requirements
- Minimum of three months verifiable experience is required.
- Job duties require physical and manual labor and might require workers to push, pull, sit, and walk extensively, frequent stooping and bending over and movements might be repetitive.
- Job duties include lifting of agricultural equipment and machinery that weigh up to 60 lbs.
- Work will be performed most of the time outdoors and workers will be exposed to extreme hot and humid conditions.
- Workers must be able to obtain a driver’s license within 30-90 days of hire.
- Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
- We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. Being under the influence or in possession of drugs or alcohol while on duty, at the worksite, or the employer provided housing, or employer equipment and/or vehicles will lead to immediate termination.
- Smoking is prohibited in all farm buildings, vehicles, housing, and near equipment. These measures are essential to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.
- Al tools are provided by the employer.
Wage: $19.26 per hour

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract. Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday.
