Bubak Land and Cattle LLC has a winter calving operation. We have an annual recurrent need for general and specific farm labor for care and breeding of livestock during the requested months (seasonal only). Tasks needed to be performed during the seasonal period are critical to the survival of our livestock and thus our core business.
Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery and Greenhouse such as:
- Record information about crops such as pesticide use, yields, or costs:
- Direct and monitor work during planting and harvesting of crops:
- Participate in the inspection, grading, sorting, storage, and post-harvest treatment of crops;
- Wash, repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment;
- Set up, repair, maintain, and operate center pivot irrigation equipment:
- Inform farm managers of crop progress; Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops such as corn, wheat, hay;
- Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer, and drive to market or storage facilities;
- Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping;
- Maintain inventory;
- Trap and destroy pests such as moles, gophers and mice;
- Haul and spread topsoil, fertilizer, and other materials to condition soil;
- Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery;
- Attach implements using hand tools.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of three months verifiable experience is required.
- Workers must be able to obtain their driver’s license within 30-90 days of hire and maintain a clean driving record.
- Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
- Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 50lbs.
- Most work is done outdoors and workers will be exposed to extreme heat, humidity and sometimes severe weather conditions.
- No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
- Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
- All tools are provided by the employer.
Rate: $19.26

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract
Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
