Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Performing of general livestock tasks: feeding, watering, herding, castrating, branding, weighing, catching and loading animals.
• Examining animals to detect diseases and injuries – assisting in birthing, administering medications, vaccinations, and or insecticides.
• Maintaining winter animal housing areas – using diggers, shovels and other equipment needed.
• Weighing trucks
• Assist maintenance of grain bins and general maintenance of buildings, using lawn mower, weed cutter, small outdoor equipment, and hand tools.
• Maintaining records, as required by inhouse management.

Job qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum of three months verifiable experience.
• Workers must be able to obtain their drivers license within 30- 90 days of hire.
• Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
• Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 60lbs.
• Most work is performed mostly outdoors, and workers will be exposed to extreme cold temperatures.
• No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
• All tools are provided by the employer.

Rate: $19.21 per hour

3/4th guarantee apply – for detailed description, please require from employer.

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract.

Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday.
