Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, spray, cultivate, harvest, and store crops. Attach farm implements such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor.
- Till the soil, rock-picking.
- Plant and cultivate grain.
- Tow harvesting equipment.
- Drive and operate self-propelled combine.
- Manual labor, drain excess water from crops, assisting with irrigation of crops.
- Put crops in bins as well as remove grain.
- Chop weeds.
- General lubrication, service (check fluids), and perform incidental repairs to farm machinery.
- Drive grain trucks to transport crops to the elevator or storage area.
- Maintain and clean agricultural buildings and yards
Job qualifications and requirements
- Minimum of 3 months verifiable experience required.
- Must know GPS guidance. Workers must be able to obtain their driver’s license within 30-90 days of hire.
- Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
- Most work is performed outdoors and workers will be exposed to warm and hot temperatures as well as humid conditions.
- No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
- Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.

Rate: $15.05 per hour
3/4th guarantee apply – for detailed description, please require from employer
Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract
Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
