Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, spray, cultivate, harvest and store crops.
• Attach farm implements such as plow, disc, and drill to tractor.
• Till soil, rock picking; plant and cultivate grain.
• Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine.
• Manual labor, drain excess water from crops, assist with irrigation of crops.
• Put crop in bins as well as remove grain.
• Chop weeds.
• General lubrication, service (check fluids) and perform incidental repair to farm machinery.
• Drive grain trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area.
• Maintain and clean agricultural building and yards.

Job qualifications and requirements:

• Minimum of three months verifiable experience.
• Workers must be able to obtain their drivers license within 30- 90 days of hire.
• Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
• Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 60lbs.
• Work is performed mostly outdoors, and workers will be exposed to hot and humid conditions and sometimes severe weather conditions like thunderstorms and tornadoes.
• No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
• Must know GPS guidance.
• Due to the presence of children on the farm and the liability of driving on roads and/or driving big expensive machinery, a drug screening and/or criminal background check will be requested post-hire at the employer's expense. Failure to pass drug screening and/or criminal background check will result in termination of employment with our company.
• Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
• All tools are provided by the employer.

Wage: $14.83 per hour

3/4th guarantee apply – for detailed description, please require from employer.

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract.

Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
