Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Row crop farming: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, spray, cultivate, harvest and store crops.
• Attach farm implements such as plow, disc and drill tractor.
• Till the soil, rock picking, plant and cultivate grain.
• Irrigation of rice, corn and soybeans.
• Drain excess water from crops and assist in the irrigation of crops.
• Drive tractor and operate self-propelled combine.
• Drive semi-trucks to transport crops to the elevator or storage area.
• Equipment maintenance - general lubrication, service (fluid checks) and perform incidental repair to farm machinery.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months verifiable experience required.
• Must know GPS guidance.
• Workers must be able to obtain a drivers license within 30-90 days of hire.
• Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
• Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 60lbs.
• Work is performed outdoors, and workers will be exposed to extreme warm to hot temperatures and humid conditions.
• Due to the presence of children on the farm and the liability of driving on roads, and/or driving big expensive machinery, a drug screening and/or criminal background check will be required post-hire at the employer's expense.
• Failure to pass drug screening and/or criminal background checks will result in termination of employment with our company.
• No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
• All tools are provided by the employer.
• Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.

Rate:  $16.18 per hour

3/4th guarantee apply – for detailed description, please require from employer

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract

Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
