Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Operating large farm equipment and machinery such as tractor, tender trailer, chopper, picker forklift, tilling, fertilizing, planting, moving, storing, harvesting grain and oilseed crops such as cotton.
• Assisting with the operation and maintenance of irrigation systems for watering crops.
• Management of farm machinery and landscape.
• Driving farm vehicles.
• Minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite.

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of three months verifiable experience.
• Workers must be able to obtain their driver’s license within 30- 90 days of hire. Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
• Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 75lbs.
• The Arkansas summers are very hot and humid and workers will be exposed to extreme temperatures and humid conditions.
• The employer has a strict policy prohibiting drug and alcohol use. Work on the farm involves operating tools, equipment, and machinery - driving and operating this equipment under the influence of drugs/alcohol may cause serious and fatal accidents. Any drug testing will be post-hire and at the expense of the employer. • No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
• Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
• All tools are provided by the employer.

Rate:  $16.18 per hour

3/4th guarantee apply – for detailed description, please require from employer

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract

Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
