Workers will perform primary duties on a farm for a farmer like:

• Electrical wiring of control panels and motors.
• Knowledge of working hoist rigs pulling and setting pumping equipment.
• Operations of forklifts, backhoes, track hoes.
• Assist with loading and unloading of equipment on trucks
• Operating lathe machines and cnc lathes.
• Cutting torches and welding. Experience with drilling rig operations.

In addition to the primary duties, workers will be required to perform the following:

• Assist with electrical wiring of control panels and motors of equipment used in the maintenance and repair of farm equipment used in irrigation systems on farms.
• Must be able to use cutting torches and assist with welding in the repairs of farm equipment.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of three months verifiable experience.
• Workers must be able to obtain their driver’s license within 30- 90 days of hire.
• Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
• Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 75lbs.
• The Arkansas summers are very hot and humid, and workers will be exposed to extreme temperatures and humid conditions.
• Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience.  Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
• No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
• We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. Being under the influence or in possession of drugs or alcohol while on duty, at the worksite, or the employer provided housing, or employer equipment and/or vehicles will lead to immediate termination. Smoking is prohibited in all farm buildings, vehicles, housing, and near equipment. These measures are essential to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.
• All tools are provided by the employer.

Wage:  $16.18 per hour

3/4th guarantee apply – for detailed description, please require from employer.

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract.

Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday.
