Duties include, but are not limited to:
- General farm labor such as planting, cultivating, irrigating, harvesting, loading, and packing crops.
- Operating agricultural equipment and tools.
- Performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 75 lbs, bending, stooping, standing or walking for long periods, and repetitive movements.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment on the farm, in vehicles, housing, and common areas.
- Complying with all local, state, and federal regulations, safety policies, and farm procedures.
- Working outdoors in hot, humid, and variable weather conditions.
- May be required to work weekends, holidays, and after dark as needed depending on weather and crop demands.
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in agricultural work.
- Must be able to obtain a valid driver’s license within 30–90 days of hire.
- Must follow all safety and conduct rules, including no drug or alcohol use, no use of weapons, and no cell phone use during work hours and/or while operating equipment.
- Must be able to perform duties professionally and respectfully and follow supervisor instructions.
- Random drug testing may be conducted at no cost to the worker after hire.
- Workers must report any absences before the start of the workday and excessive unexcused absences may result in termination.
- Transportation to and from the work site is provided.
- Tools, supplies, and equipment will be provided by employer.
Wage: $16.18 per hour

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract.
