Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops.
- Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to a tractor.
- Till soil, plant and cultivate grain.
- Tow harvesting equipment.
- Drive and operate self-propelled combine.
- Manual labor, drain excess water from crops, assist in irrigation of crops and chop weeds.
- Put crop in bins as well as remove grain.
- General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery.
- Maintain flood and sprinkler irrigation systems
- Drive farm trucks to transport crops to elevator or storage area.
- Assist with irrigation 1 Hour meal break
- Crops: corn and soybeans
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of three months verifiable experience is required.
- Workers must be able to obtain their driver's license within 30-90 days of hire.
- Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive.
- Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 50lbs.
- No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
- Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
- Due to the use of farm equipment and vehicles, all employees are required to complete a post-hire drug screening at the employer’s expense. Failure to pass either will result in termination
- We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. Being under the influence or in possession of drugs or alcohol while on duty, at the worksite, or the employer provided housing, or employer equipment and/or vehicles will lead to immediate termination.
- Smoking is prohibited in all farm buildings, vehicles, housing, and near equipment. These measures are essential to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.
- All tools are provided by the employer.

Wage: $16.18 per hour
3/4th guarantee apply – for detailed description, please require from employer
Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract
Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
