Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Operating large farm equipment and machinery of which some is equipped with GPS for cultivating, tilling, fertilizing, planting, moving, storing, and harvesting grain and oilseed crops.
- Walking fields pulling off type weeds.
- Assisting with the operation and maintenance of irrigation systems for watering of crops - servicing pivots, like fixing flats, oil leaks, helping with overall function during irrigation.
- Row water irrigation - laying pipe, putting holes in pipes, retrieving pipe at end of irrigating.
- Driving and servicing tractors - basic filter and oil change. Doing shop work on days that are too wet to work in the field.
Row crop farming. Crops: wheat, corn, soybeans, and cotton.
Job Qualification and Requirements:
- Must know GPS guidance.
- Minimum of3 (three) months experience required.
- Workers must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30-90 days of hire.
- Work is being done outside and workers will be exposed to extreme temperatures and humid conditions.
- Duties require manual and physical labor that involves extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, walking, frequent stooping, and repetitive movements.
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds.

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract
Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
