Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily hotel activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance with brand standards, and excellent guest service.
- Guest Relations: Handle escalated guest complaints, ensure staff delivers exceptional service, and maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
- Human Resources: Assist with recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Financial Management: Support budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and monitoring financial performance to ensure profitability.
- Sales & Marketing: Aid in implementing sales strategies and marketing initiatives to boost hotel growth.
- Asset & Maintenance: Oversee preventive maintenance, deep cleaning, and capital projects to protect hotel assets.
- Leadership: Act as the GM's right-hand, implementing company policies, leading departmental meetings, and serving as GM in their absence.
Core Activities
- Staff Development: Conduct training, performance reviews, and provide coaching to all levels of staff.
- Standards Compliance: Verify adherence to brand SOPs and company policies across all hotel areas.
- Problem Solving: Resolve complex operational and guest issues, implementing corrective actions.
- Reporting: Analyze financial and guest satisfaction reports, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Several years in hospitality, with experience in guest services, front desk, or management.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, multitasking, financial acumen, and a guest-focused attitude.
