Job Type: Part time
Compensation: $22-$28 per hour DOE
We are a small construction & real estate investment company in the Olympia-Lacey area looking to hire a part time admin assistant/in-house bookkeeper to be a part of our team with the possibility of converting to a full time position if we find the right candidate.
Job Role Details:
tasks include filing, scanning, organizing, making printing & copying, data entry, scheduling appointments, moving boxes, light office cleaning, organizing and maintaining property files.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with quickbooks, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, Adobe
(Quickbooks and Microsoft Office is essential)
- Data entry/admin assistant experience
- Would need to come to the office atleast 2-3 days a week for a few hours to start anytime from 8-5pm.
- Interest/willingness to learn and be mentored in real estate investing and development, as we are wanting to find someone to grow with the company.
