Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Drive and Control equipment to support agricultural activities such as crop baling, mowing, manure spreading, silage packing & pushing ect.
• Equipment maintenance Operating equipment Watching qauges or other indicators to make sure machines are working correctly.
• Repairing equipment Spray herbicide to control weed growth using ATB of Backpack sprayer.
• Attach farm equipment such as trailers, bailers, hose carts etc.
• Load and unload materials with telehandler.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of three months verifiable experience
• Workers must be able to obtain their driver's license within 30- 90 days of hire.
• Wokers needs a clean driving record.
• Workers will perform manual and physical word requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over.
• Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools an equipment that weigh up to 60lbs.
• Most work is performed mostly outdoors, and workers will be exposed to extreme cold temperatures.
• No texting and use of cellphone during working hours, while operating machinery, equipment and driving vehicles.
• Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional word with monetary of other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
• All tools needed are provided by the employer.
• We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. Being under the influence or in possession of drugs or alcohol while on duty, at the worksite, or the employer provided housing, or employer equipment and/or vehicles will lead to immediate termination.
• Smoking is prohibited in all farm buildings, vehicles, housing, and near equipment. These measures are essential to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.

Wage:  $19.26 per hour

3/4th guarantee apply – for detailed description, please require from employer

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract

Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
