The Role

As an Irrigation Installer, you are the engine of our installation team. You will work outdoors with a crew to build precision watering systems from the ground up. This is a physical, fast-paced job that rewards people who like to see the results of their work at the end of every day.

What You’ll Do

• Build Systems: Assist in installing mainlines, lateral lines, valves, and sprinkler heads.
• Trenching & Excavation: Use vibratory plows, trenchers, and hand tools to prep the ground for pipe.
• Technical Assembly: Cut and fit PVC or poly pipe, install nozzles, and wire valves under the direction of your Foreman.
• Property Restoration: Ensure the job site is clean and the sod is replaced so the property looks "Plush" when we leave.

Requirements

• Physical Grit: Ability to work outdoors in Nebraska weather, lift 50+ lbs, and handle a physically demanding workload.
• Reliability: You are dependable. You show up on time and ready to work.
• Team Player: You follow directions well and look out for your teammates' safety.
