The job duties include, but is not limited to:
- Row crop farming operations (soybeans and corn) and hay farming
- Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops.
- Attach farm implements, such as planter, disc and drill to tractor.
- Till soil, plant and cultivate grain.
- Tow harvesting equipment.
- Drive and operate self-propelled combine, swather, baler and rake.
- Operate machinery to assist with cutting and drying the hay – like mowers, rake and tedder.
- Use balers to package hay for storage and transportation.
- Moving of hay bales.
- Assist with irrigation of crops.
- Maintenance of pivots for irrigation purposes.
- Repairing and maintaining machinery and fences.
- Assist with general farmyard maintenance tasks like mowing weeds and maintaining grounds
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months verifiable experience
- Workers will perform manual and physical work requiring extensive pushing, pulling, sitting or walking, frequent stooping, bending over and movements might be repetitive
- Job duties include lifting of agricultural tools and equipment that weigh up to 60 lbs.
- Most work is performed outdoors, and workers will be exposed to extreme heat, humidity, and sometimes severe weather conditions like thunderstorms and tornadoes.
Crops: hay, corn and soybeans
Wage: $19.21 per hour

Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence to worksite – 50% upon arrival and 50% at completion of work contract
Housing will be provided should you not be able to return home at the end of each workday
