WE’RE HIRING — EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION WORKER
Kucich Construction Inc. is looking for an experienced construction professional to join our crew.
⚠️ This is NOT an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who can arrive on a job site, understand what needs to be done, and get to work without needing step-by-step instruction or constant supervision.
If you know construction, take pride in your work, and want to be paid according to your experience and ability, we want to hear from you.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Strong construction/remodeling experience
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the job
• Experience with multiple aspects of residential construction
• Dependable and shows up when scheduled
• Reliable transportation
• Good work ethic and attention to detail
• Professional and respectful on customers’ properties
• Someone looking for a long-term position with our company
💰 PAY & BENEFITS:
• Competitive pay based on experience and ability — the right person will be paid accordingly
• W-2 employee — NOT a 1099 subcontractor position
• One week PAID vacation after 90 days of employment
• 6 PAID holidays per year
