Model Home Quality Inspector

Compensation: $25.00 +

Do you have an eye for detail and appreciate a beautifully cleaned home? Are you dependable, organized, and able to work independently while being part of a supportive team? If so, we'd love to meet you.

We are seeking a self-motivated and dependable Quality Control Specialist to oversee the quality of our cleaning services for beautiful model homes and inventory homes for some of Tampa's top home builders.

This position is ideal for someone who "just gets it" – someone who notices the small details, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently throughout the Tampa area.

Responsibilities:

Inspect model homes and inventory homes after they have been cleaned
Identify anything that was missed or needs improvement
Communicate findings clearly and professionally to both the cleaner and the area manager
Help maintain the high standards our builders expect
Travel throughout Tampa and surrounding areas as needed

Qualifications:

Exceptional attention to detail and an appreciation for clean, well-presented homes
Strong communication skills
Self-starter who can work independently while being a supportive team member
Very familiar with the Tampa area
Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable
Clean background required
Comfortable with last-minute schedule changes and a flexible work schedule
Must have reliable transportation

Schedule:

This is not a traditional 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM position. Hours will vary from week to week based on business needs. Flexibility is essential, as schedules may change with short notice.
