In order to register for a user account, as well as utilize JungleJobs and its services, you must be at least 13 years of age. Our services are not directed to people under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.

The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by JungleJobs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

General Limited License
JungleJobs grants to you a non-exclusive license to use its products and services. Your use of this license is limited. You must use this license in a lawful way and in a way that is consistent with these Terms of Service. While JungleJobs agrees to grant you a license to use its products and Services, JungleJobs is not agreeing to sell to you any ownership interest of any of JungleJobs’s products, copyrights, intellectual property, software, and services. JungleJobs remains the full, exclusive, titled owner of all of JungleJobs’s products, including, but not limited to, intellectual property, trademarks, copyrights, software, and services.

Limitations of License
You may not copy, download, store, publish, transmit, transfer, sell or otherwise use any of JungleJobs’s data, design, trade names, trademarks, copyrighted information, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or any other proprietary thing related to or owned by JungleJobs except as specifically authorized by these Terms of Service.

Rights to Data
Except for the limited license to use JungleJobs Services granted by these Terms of Service, all right, title and interest to any of JungleJobs’s data, design, trade names, trademarks, copyrighted information, intellectual property, trade secrets, or similar property are and will continue to remain the exclusive property of JungleJobs.

Your Data and Content
When you, or a customer, affiliate, representative, agent or employee of yours, uploads or otherwise submits content to our Services, you give JungleJobs (and those we work with) a world-wide license to use, host, store, reproduce, publish, communicate, display and distribute such content. The right you grant us to do these things is subject to these Terms of Service.

Liability for Our Services
When permitted by law, JungleJobs will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. To the extent permitted by law, JungleJob's maximum liability arising out of or in connection with any JungleJob site or your use of the JungleJob content, regardless of the cause of action (whether in contract, tort, breach of warranty or otherwise), will not exceed $100.

WE AND OUR ADVERTISERS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS PROVIDE JUNGLEJOBS AND OUR SERVICES "AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WITH ALL FAULTS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE AND OUR ADVERTISERS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT. HOWEVER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AT NO TIME IS JUNGLEJOBS MAKING ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING ANY THIRD PARTY'S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, NOR WILL JUNGLEJOBS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
